Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary depending on your location.
India
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
International Orders
- Standard Delivery: 7–21 Business Days
Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping method selected
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS (where available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Failure to respond to delivery attempts
the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information

REYLVA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

For international orders:

are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Customs policies vary by country, and REYLVA has no control over customs clearance procedures or associated charges.
8. Delayed Shipments
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
9. Lost Packages
If your shipment is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, REYLVA will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Photograph the package before opening it.
- Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Providing supporting evidence helps us resolve your claim more efficiently.
11. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
12. Delivery Refusal
If a shipment is refused by the customer without a valid reason:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
