At REYLVA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. 10-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 10-day return window for most eligible products. You may request a return within 10 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, inserts, manuals, and complimentary items.
  • Be free from scratches, stains, damage, odors, alterations, or signs of use.
  • Be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


2. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product received.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Missing item(s) in the shipment.
  • Product significantly different from its description.
  • Change of mind (only if the product remains unused and meets all return conditions).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Engraved items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale", "Clearance", or "Non-Returnable".
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without original packaging or essential accessories.

4. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval.

REYLVA reserves the right to request supporting information, including:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Unboxing video (recommended for damaged or missing item claims)

Providing clear evidence helps us process your request more quickly.


5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Description of the issue

Failure to report within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.


6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error

Examples include:

  • Wrong product shipped
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product damaged during transit

REYLVA will arrange a return or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

If the return is due to customer preference

Examples include:

  • Ordered by mistake
  • Changed mind
  • Didn't like the design
  • No longer required

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.


7. Inspection Process

All returned products undergo an inspection after arrival.

If the returned product:

  • Shows signs of use
  • Is damaged by the customer
  • Is missing accessories
  • Is incomplete
  • Does not match the approved return request

REYLVA may reject the return or offer a partial refund where permitted by law.


8. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days after processing.

REYLVA is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or card issuers.


9. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Size replacement (where applicable and subject to stock availability)

For all other situations, customers may return the eligible product and place a new order.


10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.


11. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local government charges unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery delays caused by customs authorities are beyond REYLVA's control.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable.

12. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.


13. Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, REYLVA will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.


14. Fraud Prevention

To protect both customers and our business, REYLVA reserves the right to decline returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent claims.
  • Repeated excessive returns.
  • Abuse of the return policy.
  • Products intentionally damaged after delivery.
  • False or misleading information provided during the return process.

15. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the applicable laws of your country or region.
